And how can I prolong that feeling?” Well, I recently developed this solution when attempting to pay tribute to my super-busy, super-generous, super-supportive, Super She-ro Mom. I prepared a week’s worth of exciting, nourishing and decadent breakfasts for my favorite Womban-on-the-Go. I researched the healing/ rejuvenating/beauty boosting benefits of the ingredients and I tied a cutesy label to each breakfast that identified the concoction as well as WHY my mom should eat it (“Tones your Skin, Boosts Energy, Folds the Laundry and Takes-Out-The-Trash”).

**I don’t really expect anyone to create all these recipes at the same time and some of these recipes make more than one serving: but many of the recipes have common ingredients that make it easy to “piggy back” the dishes… (e.g. Strawberry Beet Shortcake & Vegan Tres Leche have the same cake base. Pumpkinseed mylk for Vegan Tres Leche is also used in the Matcha Chia Pudding. Etc etc.)
