I have been having a wonderful time finding ways to incorporate more fermented foods into my life, and I’ve recently started making the effort to work more sea-veggies into my life as well.
I have fallen utterly and completely in love with this shake. Like, if I leave it sitting in a mason jar in my fridge and forget to bring it to work with me, I end up pouting like a heart-broken puppy!
It’s so embarrassingly simple that I hesitate to even call it a “recipe”, but none-the-less: here it is!
Kefir Blueberry Supergreen Shake!
Probiotic Energy and Antioxidant Bomb!
1 cup kefir
½ cup blueberries
1 scoop super green powder (I’m enjoying the FIRE out of Macro Greens Superfood, but you should research and pick what’s best for you).
Blend all ingredients. Enjoy at your leisure!
